On-Site Annual Full Service Maintenance Contracts

Contracts are signed on a yearly basis. These contracts cover travel expenses, all parts and labor. The following commitments set C.C.C. apart from other computer service companies.

• Service contracts at competitive prices.
• Response time (arrival) 4 - business hours!
• Turnaround time - 24 hours!
• Loaners are available if a unit is in repairs for long estimated-time.
• An option to cancel your contract with 30 days notice if you are dissatisfied with service.
• Preventative maintenance every six months (keeps your equipment at peak efficiency).
• Moving services will be provided at discount rates.
• Service support - 5 days per week, 24 hours a day ( available upon request).
• On-Site dedicated technician to provide hardware support 40 hours per week.
• Partnership with Texas Instruments - ensure complete national service coverage.

Carry-In Annaul Service Maintenance

Contracts are signed on a yearly basis. These contracts cover all parts and labor when carried into a C.C.C. location. Low cost in comparison with on-site coverage.

On-Site Warrenty Service Contracts

• A minimum one-hour labor charge is required with all parts being covered at no additional charge. All warranty repairs require the customer to show proof that machine is still under warranty.
• Time and Materials
• Time and materials service may be done at our C.C.C. service center or at your business location. Our charges for maintenance. (excluding parts), are as follows: On-Site Labor = $85.00 per hour (1hr. Minimum, billable in 30min. Increments)
• LASER PRINTERS = $95.00 per hour
• Travel Charges = 0-20 miles = $20.00
• 21-40 miles = $40.00
• Diagnosis = $35.00 per hour
• In-house Labor = $55.00 per hour
• Travel Cost = $ 0.30 per mile - courier service
